    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi unigrampa,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The custom picture option won't work in certain settings. Make sure the power switch is set to the CAMERA, not MEDIA, position. Then try putting the camera in the M mode by using the switch on the top of the camera.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Canon G50 Custom Picture Unavailable</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I downloaded and installed the new firmware version 1.0.1.0. I can see the "custom picture" option on page four of the camera setup menu, but it is greyed out. I am unable to select it and enable custom picture. Why is this? Is there any fix? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
