Canon G50 Custom Picture Unavailable

I downloaded and installed the new firmware version 1.0.1.0. I can see the "custom picture" option on page four of the camera setup menu, but it is greyed out. I am unable to select it and enable custom picture. Why is this? Is there any fix? Thanks!

Hi unigrampa,

The custom picture option won't work in certain settings. Make sure the power switch is set to the CAMERA, not MEDIA, position. Then try putting the camera in the M mode by using the switch on the top of the camera.

It was in camera mode. Switch to manual!! That's probably it! I will return to accept your solution if that works!!
