Vixia HF S21 Pop-Up Flash

Hello! I have a Vixia HF S21 camcorder and the pop-up flash has always popped up, but, for some reason, it has stopped doing it. No matter how dark it is around the camcorder, the pop-up flash doesn't pop up. Any suggestions on how to get it working again? Thank you for any help that you can offer me!

When I press function, I don't see anything on any screen that mentions the video light. Does mine simply not have that feature?
