I was recently looking at the refurbished canon vixia hf g50 and decided to purchase it when I realized it was out of stock. I was wondering how long it normally takes for an item to come back in stock?

The G50 was discontinued. I don't think you'll likely see one refurb considering its age. You might get lucky, but I wouldn't pin my hopes on it. G70 is $1249. About $450 more. Sorry, I can't be more definitive.
