MP4 join tool does not work to join relay recording files

I have a vixia HF G70 on which I did a relay recording.now I have 2 mp4 files each of 127GB. One on SD card A and the other on SD card B. I want to combine these 2 files to a single 254GB file.

I tried to use the MP4 join tool but it does not recognize the 2 files to be joined. I am getting an error that the files are not recognizable for joining. Anyone else face this issue? I tried to mimic the same folder structure from the SD card but I still get the same error message.

Any ideas how I can combine these 2 MP4 files to a single file.
