    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi charles!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the software provided by PIXELA, I recommend that you call them directly per a note included in the camcorder's instruction manual.&amp;nbsp; Their contact information should be in the software installation guide on the CD-ROM that came with the camcorder.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>VIXIA HF G10, having problems w/ VidoeBrowser software</title>

      <description>I have a VIXIA HF G10. running OS 7/64. Using VideoBrowser I transfer the video from the camera to the system, its says adding files and stays at the 2% mark, I have left this running overnight, no changes. System say VideoBrowser is not responding. I have downloaded VideoBrower from the Pixela website with the same results. Anyone have this problem?? fix???</description>
