      <title>Playback in ImageMixer 3 quit working - it display a blank page</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I open ImageMixer 3 SE Ver.6.0.1 and I see my list of albums.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I click on a video which is on my hard drive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I click the Playback button (or double click on the thumbnail for the video.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The player opens and it used to play the video but now it's a blank white window; the controls at the bottom of the window do nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I click View, Full Screen, I get a completely black display.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I locate the same video in Windows Explorer and double click on it, it plays just fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These are all H.264 format files.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I uninstalled the Pixela programs, rebooted, reinstalled the programs and updated them, rebooted, but that didn't help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas? Video driver and Windows updates are up to date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canon Vixia HFS21 camcorder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 7 Pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intel Core i7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;12GB RAM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1TB HDD for C:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2TB HDD for data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plenty of space available on both hard drives.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TimC&lt;/P&gt;</description>
