    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Thetiedyeguy!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The Firewire output should not be able to be disabled on this model.&amp;nbsp; When connected to your computer, DV IN should appear on the LCD panel of the ZR900.&amp;nbsp; Ensure that, when connected, your camcorder is under power via the AC Adapter.&amp;nbsp; We would also suggest that you try and use a different Firewire cable to make the connection to your computer.&amp;nbsp; It's possible that the cable itself may be bad.&amp;nbsp; Test it and let us know, because, if you do not see DV IN on the camcorder, then there is no connection being made.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
