Ok so as anyone who has ever owned a vixia hfr300 knows the battery life sucks horribly on the bp-709. What of the larger batteries is the best option I have heard of 718;727;745 but don't know their quality I purchased a couple 3rd party 727 but they only last 10 minutes longer then the canon 709. I have found some decoded 745 that will allow me to see the battery on the LCD but don't want to throw money away if they suck. Please help!

Hello Opticalillusion,

The high capacity battery for the VIXIA HF R300 is the BP 727. Regrettably, we are unable to recommend the use of third party batteries for our products. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you at this time.

If you wish to order a brand new one from Canon, you would be able to do so here, on our Direct Store.
