    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi FMortl,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're sorry to hear that your ZR200 camcorder says that the tape is the wrong format.&amp;nbsp; If this tape was recorded with a different camcorder then it may not display back properly.&amp;nbsp; Ensure that you are using tapes that are in the miniDV format.&amp;nbsp; You can also use a dry head tape cleaner in the camcorder to clean the heads.&amp;nbsp; This may alleviate the error message that you see on the camcorder.&amp;nbsp; Be sure to follow the instructions on the tape cleaner for best results.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
