topic Checking last frame in a scene for continuity in Camcorders

Hi I've got a Legria HF G30 Camcorder.

Is there some quick way of looking at the last frame in a scene and freeze frame it so I can check it for continuity?

This is for when I need to stop a scene and know where everyone was standing and in exacty what position, so that I can get them back into position and start filming the scene from where it was broken off (obviously at a different angle for ease of editing).

Ideally viewing the last few minutes would be useful as well as that would act as an audio prompt.
