      <title>Canon VIXIA HF R800 freezing during livestream</title>

      <description>I have several people set up with this camera going into their laptops with an AJA U-tap capture device for use during recorded Zoom calls. For a couple people, the shot is freezing intermittently. One person had a brand new laptop... Maybe too much data for Zoom??</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Griffcam100,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for checking in with us. As you might imagine, we can't guarantee how well accessories we don't make will work with our cameras.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That said, you could have your team do tests with different memory cards in the camera, and then make sure that they are set to shoot 1280 x 720, since that seems to be the native resolution of Zoom. You could also have them do tests between 24 and 30 fps to see if one setting works better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Beyond that you may wish to check with AJA and Zoom support to see if they have additional recommendations.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
