pengo video grabber is not giving clear videos why is that and what are the settings of the camera ? bought from B and H The basic Home streaming kit. my logitech C 922 pro give sme better videos with logitech capture I am so confuced ,I bought this camera to improve my video quality as a teacher teaches by Zoo m ,,,video is very clean in the cameras lcd screen but ...blur when i connect it via pengo video grabbar ,,,please help ??? the kit I bought

Hi there,

I'm not familiar with the software you are referencing, but I would recommend checking the performance with other software, and also recommend using an HDMI capture device for best resolution rather than USB connection with this camcorder.
