Vixia HF R800 HDMI Out Is Dark

Hi, everyone.

I'm using the Vixia HF R800 to broadcast our church meetings.

I purchased this in August of this year.

The HDMI output to my capture card and television is dark when compared to my Panasonic camcorder.

When hooking the Vixia camcorder via the HDMI out up to a television, it's also dark.

The Vixia records in normal brightness however so I'm thinking it has to do with the HDMI output from the camcorder rather than the camcorder's ability to record.

Any thoughts on this one?
