      <title>Vixia hf r800 livestream double screen issues</title>

      <description>I purchased a new Canon vixia hf r800 and upon attempting to livestream, I am getting a stretched double screen, one on top and one on the bottom. Has anyone had these issues and how do you solve them? My previous camera did not do this and the Canon view finder looks good. Any help would be appreciated.</description>
