Canon PD-E2 3rd-party alternative specs? (Canon PowerShot V1 fast charging, livestreaming, 4K)

I recently bought the PowerShot V1, and I'm looking for a power adapter/charger that I can use to fast-charge the battery as well as power the camera during long livestreams and video recording. I was considering the PD-E2, but at $190 it's just too expensive for me.

Could you tell me what specs a good, reliable and affordable third-party alternative to the PD-E2 should have for these needs?

Google says I can't just use a generic USB wall charger and cable. Instead, it suggested some 65-67W chargers with USB Power Delivery (PD) support.

By the way, what maximum wattage does the PowerShot V1 support? And what is the minimum wattage it requires for livestreaming and 4K video recording?

I don't use AC Power supplies because I'm always out and about. Instead I use USB C PD. The requirements however are the same. Look for something that's at minimum 45w, 9v and 3A. The camera will only take what it needs. Although the camera can run on less, (as little as 7.5w) if you run it for an extended period, like streaming, it will start drawing from the battery until it dies . A battery has to be installed If you're powering the camera through the USB- C port. The Anker Nano II would work. They were the first manufacturer that Canon recommended for USB-C PD. They are reputable. Make sure you pair it with a high quality cable rated for PD.

Edit. Also worth noting your camera will only charge when it's turned off.
