Best compatible lens for real estate photography with a Rebel T7

Hello! First off thank you for helping, means a lot. I’m trying to start a business within real estate photography. I’m wondering what wide angle lens would be best for that line of work with a Rebel T7. I also do dance photography, so if possible, I’d like a lens that could capture quick movement as well. But for now my priority is a lens for real estate photography. Thank you!

Those are two very different requirements.

For real estate, I suggest the EF-S 10-22 mm which has a *great* sale going on right now

Wow! That is a great sale, but it's out of stock right now.

As a backup, maybe consider the EF-S 10-18 IS STM (refurbished) https://www.usa.canon.com/shop/p/refurbished-ef-s-18-55mm-f-4-5-6-is-stm which as of this posting, in stock.

I have the 10-18 IS STM and although I don't use it for real estate photography, I have read that it is a good choice for that type of shooting. I do enjoy using the lens for landscapes and shooting in "tight" quarters, etc.

The best all around GP lens for a Rebel T7 is the kit lens that comes with it. That is why Canon includes it with most Rebels. If you want to up your game the very best lens for any Rebel is the Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM Lens.

Real estate photography isn't any difference then any other photography. Yeah some rooms may be little tight but that's it.

I would try what you have before you go buy something you don't need and won't use. Both my aunt and uncle were real estate brokers and I did a lot of their photography work for them.

On a Rebel anything on your kit lens that is from about 28mm down to 18mm is wide angle. Try if first.
