EOS R6 Mark III or EOS R5 Mark II: Best for aviation and wildlife?

I’ve been doing my research about what my next camera should be. I’m stuck between the r6 mark iii and R5 mark ii. let’s say price is t an issue and I’m mainly shooing aviation and wildlife, which one is the winner?

The R5 mkII is a premium, high resolution, stacked sensor, top tier offering that includes active cooling and a digic accelerator. It's focus is professional photography, but it also takes beautiful 8k video. It's sensor readout speed is 6.5 ms.

The R6 mkIII is a mid tier, hybrid option that includes a optimized working resolution, strong video features and 7k video that includes open gate.. It's electronic shutter has slightly higher FPS. It's sensor readout speed is 13.5 ms which makes it a little more prone to rolling shutter. It's a true middle of the road hybrid offering.

Based on your research, which camera wins for you?

As indicated above the two are really not comparable. They are designed for two different markets and consumers.

For what this limited statement says, any current digital camera will do just fine.

The lens is more a factor than the camera. I would prefer a bottom line camera and a great lens over a top of the line camera and a poor lens.
