topic Wildlife Lens Recommendations - EOS Rebel T7 in Gear Guide

I currently have a Rebel T7 that I’ve been using for awhile with the 55-250 STM lens. I’m really into wildlife photography and would like to upgrade to a lens with more reach. I’m not sure what lens to look into though. I would prefer not to go more than $1,000. Any suggestions helps

Greetings ,

With your budget, the best lens options are going to be the Sigma or Tamron 150-600 C or G2. These will be used. The next thing I'd be planning for is a newer body. Maybe something with more than 9 AF points. A body upgrade can be a long-term goal. Either one of these lenses alone will take your photography to a new level. The reach alone will be a dramatic upgrade for you. You will really enjoy either lens for wildlife.
