Second hand lens market in Australia?

I’m in Australia hunting a 150-600mm sigma for an EF mount canon (800D/rebel t7i). Brand new, or even second hand from a shop is out of my price range.

I’ve been scanning Facebook marketplace, and they pop up occasionally, but is there anywhere else I could be looking?

I know there’s plenty of eBay or similar, but I’m really wanting to handle/touch/test out the lens before buying it.

A google search turned up the Camera Exchange in Melbourne https://www.cameraexchange.com.au/ . That looks like a high-end shop primarily, and who can blame them - likely they need the margins to stay in business. Perhaps a call to them might point to towards local camera swaps, though. It appears that MPB does ship to Australia, though duties could be prohibitive. I suggest checking their EU and/or UK sites to check. They have a 90-day return policy in the US, which would allow you to touch and test with only the risk of return shipping. Hopefully others know of some other sources with similar policies. If MPB continues to expand perhaps they will have a site in Australia someday.
