Hey guys! I’m planning on shooting wrestling when it comes to spots photography, I want to do video as well. Personally I don’t think I NEED the extra focal length but I do think there might be some instances it could come in handy. I also just want to shoot landscapes and capture stuff while hiking

I’ve heard the 28-70 is much much sharper and better in image quality than the 24-105 which I prioritize but I’m not sure if that’s really true I’ve read very mixed reviews. I’ve also read the stm motor is slower than the L series when it comes to video? I’m sort of new to photography and mirrorless cameras so any advice would be helpful

I’m a college student so want to save as much money as possible-

24-105f4L - $650 on Facebook marketplace

28-70 2.8 - $900 on Facebook marketplace
