Hey Sanal, with a $700 budget you are going to be somewhat limited but there are options. Canon does have an RF 100-400 that has received good feedback @ $650 new.

Most prefer to be around 500/600mm (or greater) for wildlife. The extra reach allows you to have more distance from your subject and still fill the frame, it's also a bonus to minimize spooking your subject.

Sigma has some quality lenses, their 150-600 and a 60-600 (fairly heavy) have positive feedback but you would have to look at the used market to find one in your range. B&H photo and KEH are reputable sellers in the used market, stay away from places like eBay and market place (opinion).

Hi all..

Currently, i have R50 with EF to RF mount and am using canon 50mm EF, 75-300mm EF-S and 18-45mm RF lenses.

Now am planning to buy a budget-friendly zoom lens for wildlife photography. So which lens i need to buy ? i have no idea about the available other brand lenses and i have around 700$ budget. Is it possible to get a lens in this price range or how much i need to add for getting one?

With what you have the best lightweight lens for the EOS R50 that offers more reach is the RF 100-400mm F5.5-8 IS USM. I would be tempted to trade in your existing 75-300mm lens in order to get it as it covers almost the same range.
