I am unable to connect to a Wired LAN or Wireless LAN network.

I have a ImageClass D1550 printer and I am unable to press "Wired LAN" or "Wireless LAN" on my printer when I got the Network Settings. Both options are darkened and don't respond when I press them. Edit: Added correct name of printer
