60D EOS Canon not turning on

Hi, I have had my 60D Canon for 7 years nows and the other day when I used it, it lasted 5 minutes and completely turned off.Can anyone help me why this happend?I have checked to see if its the battery but that is fine.

Yes, yes and yes. I actually went to a camera place to try another battery
