Just set up new Pixma Pro-100 using wireless network yesterday. I am now getting message "this printer is offline". How do I get it back online? I'm on a iMac running macOS Sierra v.10.12.1 with 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7 processor.
Thanks. The printer is on-solid white light on power button, solid blue wifi light on printer front. Did a reinstall of the printer software from disk & still getting the printer is not connected message. Printer does work when connected by a usb cab...
