first time I tried printing on 13x19 photopaper and it gets stuck on the way in. one side pulls the paper faster than the other.    I tried cleaning the roller, checking for foreign objects, nothing.   I am trying to feed one sheet at a time. any ide...

On my ix6500 regular paper feedsno problem.   13x19 pulls to the left side and gets jammed.  first time I tried to print on it.
