I wish I could show a photo but I've got horizontal lines showing up in printed images. When I print the nozel check pattern the top line cyan is showing half dark half light. Please help!

HI, We just purchased the Canon Pixma MX922 becuase on the outside of the box it says that's its Bluetooth compatible. We opened the box and read the instructions and there is not a single note or mention of Bluetooth. What am I missing? Can I set...

FYI Canon says just to replace the printer. It's hardware related.

Anyone know what's going on here? I've cleaned the printer head and run multiple cleanings plus a deep clean.
