How to save in landscape?

HelloI want to scan and save a document that is writen in landscape.But when I save it is in portrait.How can I save it in landscape?I got a MX925 and print from windows 10.

I have scanned (from scangear) something of size 10 cm x 10cm,When I print it will fill whole paper (A4). How do I print in original size?

Well when I scan to pdf i will print original size.But when print jpg it will fill whole page.
