I just downloaded image ex ver 1.1.0a I can not connect to my camera is there a way to get an older version of the software or some other solution. I have windows 7 home addition Thanks David

Today I was prompted to update my Image browser ex ver 1.0.1 After doing so, I could not open the image browser, so I tried to uninstall it on windows 7 home premium. I got a message uninstall failed. I tried rebooting and going directly to uninstall...

I was finally able to unintall then reinstall and add camera viewer and it works thanks so much

I was able to resolve it by downloading camera viewer. The cannon help desk helped. thanks.
