How do I remove the print head in a PIXMA MX392 printer so I may clean it or replace it?

Hello, How do I remove the print head for a Canon PIXMA MX392? I have ran the clean and deep clean maintence options dozens of times and it is not correcting the clog, so I would like to remove it in order to clean it or replace it.
