Canon R5 stuck on 2 second timer

I'm in Manual mode. The camera is set on 2 sec timer.. When I press the Q button I can select "Drive. Mode" bur when I enter Set" to cancel the 2 sec delay it simply returns me to shooting mode. Can some one please offer a solution.
EOS pop up on windows 10

This pops up every time I open Windows 10. Does anyone know how to get rid of it please.
