I have the Pixma MP495, I installed it without the wifi being turned on or used. Now I want to use the wifi feature and cannot get it to connect. I have followed the useless videos online and there in no help in the on screen manual either.

Hi mbelair,
You will need to reinstall the drivers on your computer to connect the printer to your wireless network. Prior to reinstalling the drivers, you will want to ensure that the wireless LAN setting on the printer is enabled. To do this, press the Maintenance button (looks like a pair of pliers and a screwdriver) on the printer repeatedly until the symbol that looks like "G" appears in the LCD, then press the <COLOR> button to enable wireless LAN. Once the wireless LAN function of the prtinter is enabled, you can then reinstall the drivers. Should you run into difficulty, please reply with what operating system is on your computer (version of Windows or Mac OS X), and we will be happy to further assist you.
Hope this helps!
