1. What error are you receiving or difficulty are you experiencing when trying to connect the printer wirelessly?
2. If you temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software that is on your computer and then attempt to reinstall the printer, are you able to install it successfully?
3. If you enable the wireless LAN setting on the printer by pressing the Maintenance button (looks like a pair of pliers and a screwdriver) repeatedly until the symbol that looks like a "G" appears on the LCD, then pressing the <COLOR> button, are you able to install the printer wirelessly?
