MG6120 Won't Scan Wirelessly

NVS

This is simple, please assist.

My MG6120 is all set up.  I can print wirelessly, it's seen on my network, cool

However, I cannot scan wirelessly.  It only has USB as an option showing.  It did work previously, before I had to reset my pc to factory default and install everything fresh today.  Drivers are updated, I can see ink levels, every single thing works so I don't know what the problem is here.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE KINDLY ASSIST ME RELATIVELY SOON???

Cordially,
Patricia

Anybody at all?

I'm trying to help myself and start all over but I can't uninstall the MP driver.  I have restarted in Safe mode and it won't undelete, and I've tried deleting the printer and the uninstalling and it still won't work.  I figure if I can start from scratch I can get it going again but just can't remove the darn driver.

Any moderator will do here ...

Got the driver uninstalled by using the instructions here.  Moving right along without any moderator help.  Thanks.

I can now scan wirelessly however I get an error when I run MP Navigator.  Can you just tell me what I need to install now to get that running?  ANYBODY AT ALL ...

Aww please. As usual, I already figured it out.  I understand  help can't necessarily be immediate but sometimes I've waited upwards of two weeks for even a reply.  That's nuts.

But hey, support's gotta match the product, right?  Thanks.

Patricia

ME too!!

This is so frustrating.  Everything else is communicating with the printer via wi fi except scanner software.  The scanner  only works if it is hardwired
