When I go to the scan tab and press online, it sits there at waiting. Needless to say, I can't scan. Any help will be appreciated it. Thanks.

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly what equipment you're using, any error messages you're getting, and the Computer Operating System you're using (Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac 10.x). No error other than when I press the online button under scan tab, it just sits there "waiting". I am able to print, copy, etc. Scan to email is the problem.
