Ya gotta eat even in the rain. It makes photos that much more difficult.
EOS 1D Mk IV with Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Sports Lens @ 600mm. f6.3, SS 1/200, ISO 1600.
1/200 SS is too slow to photograph fast moving subjects like hummingbirds. That is why you see the rain drops as streaks and less than sharp birds. That streak is how far a rain drop falls in 1/200 of a second!

Tough shot, just wanted to share a couple my hummingbirds.
You're well on your way to the joy of hummingbird photography...now what you need to do is to get closer...the result will be much better... Canon 7DII, 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L II, @ FL 400mm, f/5.6, 1/400, ISO 640, fill flash M 1/128 power.
