California Christmas Lights

IMG_2831.jpeg

This is my first post here and I hope I do it right. I made this image in Temple City, CA at the city’s tree lighting ceremony. Yes I will fully admit I tried out generative fill and added the stars, I felt it added to the feeling of the image for the people at the city who loved the overall feel.

Nice job on your exposure settings!  The light trails add a great touch!

Thank you very much Danny. I didn’t have a tripod so I had to use a city, concrete trash can. Smelled disgusting but I really wanted this image. Gotta do what you gotta do!

Hold your breath...to steady the camera and avoid the noxious vapors from the trash can. No telling what is in there. Very nice photo! Could you share the model camera and the settings used here? Thanks.
