Pro 100 no black or grays

We have a Pro 100 that only prints magenta and yellow. We have replaced the print head and cartridges. What else do we need to do in order to get our black and grays printing again?

We are running Windows 7 64. The applications used mostly are Photo Shop and Sketchbook Pro. I did the nozzle check and I have no bars showing up under the 2 column.

No Cyan either? Smiley Surprised

 The first thing to do when something goes wrong with a printer is to suspect the print driver. A complete uninstall and re-install is a good place to start. At this time check to make sure you have the latest driver from Canon.

It is necessary you remove the old driver so DO NOT skip this step.
