Pixma Pro 100S Weird Printing Issue

Canontog
Apprentice

Hi Everyone.

I have owned a Canon Pixma Pro 100S for about 7 months now, and although its had a few issues, I am very happy with it.

However, I went to print an image yesterday and got an increidbly odd result. Nothing had been changed whatsoever, yet the image came out very oddly, as you can see in the attached files. When I printed a nozzle check, both the PC and M blocks were empty, whereas all others had printed. I spoke to Canon support but they had no idea what was going on.

Anybody ever seen anything like this before?

Thanks in advance.
