Help

I have just purchased a Proxima Pro-10 and cannot get it to print the A3 size paper.  It tells me the printer cover is open and then the orange light flashes three times.  I have no problems at all printing the 8x10s.  Am I doing something wrong in my page setup through Photoshop?

Re: Help

A3 paper may be required to print from the manual feed tray rather than the rear tray. What media type are you selecting?

Re: Help

Thank you for responding.

I did use the manual feed and I still get a flashing light....two flashes and a message on the printer que that says Load Paper.

I just don't get it....your help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Help

If you are printing from manual feed tray is the flap on the rear tray shut?
