Canon pro 9000 error 1200

How do I clear a "support code: 1200 on my pr0 9000 Mark II? Says the printer's cover is open, which it isn't. Any ideas?

Hi ggusty88,

Please make sure that not only the cover is closed, but also the Inner cover.  The following picture will show you the difference between the cover and inner cover:

If the inner cover was already closed, there is likely an issue with the inner cover sensor which would require service.  In this instance I recommend using the Contact Us link so that our support staff can recommend service options.

Apparently the switch is "touchy" on my Pro 9000 II, so I need to make very sure the doors are closed. Most time I have to shut them twice in a row to get the latch to close.
