Canon Pixma Pro-100 "Greyed-Out" Settings

I can't figure out how to adjust these settings, and it's driving me up a wall. I have read some things about disabling color management from the driver. I wish to do this but I can't figure out how, any help would be greatly appreciated. Screen Shot 2018-02-20 at 9.16.16 PM.png

Hey John, sorry for such a delayed response. If you're still willing to meet me that would be great. If you can't I completely understand, thank you again.

See you there. Thank you.

Uhhh… solution?

Check if you have the AirPrint version of the printer. You don't want that.

I still cannot “activate” the color options — but I found that on “print settings” not in “photoshop print settings” there was also a paper type setting. That was on some photo paper option and I am using matte. So that made it 95% better. Colors are much better now.

BTW, why is there both “print settings” and “photoshop print settings”?!?? I find it endlessly frustrating that I have to set the printer and paper size in both places.

What computer operating system?

Have you downloaded the latest printer driver?

Can you post a screen shot of the print window in Photoshop?

Is this the first time you are printing from Photoshop? Firts time using this printer?
