If I understand correctly you are the printer oprator at Walgreens and you are getting black lines on your posters when you print?
Can you post an iPhone picture of what you are describing?
Have you selected the proper paper type? Sometimes you can get head scrape marks on the end of a print output if the wrong paper type is being used/selected. What paper type arfe you printing on?
