Help!! I cant get my Canon MG3620 connected to wifi

Hello!  I can not get my printer connected to wifi.  Ive done everything im supposed to do.  Ive watched multiple videos on youtube and nothing has worked.   Please help!!

Greetings,

The printer will connect to a 2.4Ghz wireless broadcast using WPA2 /AES encryption.  Does your network meet these standards?

If you are using the same SSID name for all broadcasts, this can cause connection issues.  Try giving each network a unique name (example) mywireless2.4 & mywireless5G, or temporarily disable the 5G broadcast while you connect the printer and re-enable once connected. We need more information.  What steps have you performed.  Are you using a computer or the Print App?  Have you received any error messages, etc?
