"Failed to update" firmware - MX922

I have a PIXMA MX922, and go through the main menu to update the firmware.  After a minute I get the "Failed to update" error message.  The printer is connected to my network, and I can print to the printer fine over the network.  Any suggestions?

Hi mbeiley,

 

There may have been an issue with the server that hosts the firmware update.  Please try updating the firmware for your PIXMA MX922 again.  If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our support group using the following link:
