mp160 e3 error message

I tried most of the recommended steps to get this paper jam error message to stop.  It just won't.  

I have turned the printer off, on, passed a card stock paper through several times, checked the white gears by the ink overload

section, nothing seems to work.  I also tried to do a print test and that doesn't seem to work either.  Any other suggestions?
