Hoping someone can help me out (or point me in the direction of some useable search terms!).
I've got an MG4160 printer/scanner, and was trying to scan some documents but having the weird error shown in the attached image. As you can see, the grey band to the right is a (poor) replica of a band just to the left of the page centre. I cannot think of any reasonable description to help me search for answers, so I'm hoping someone can help me out.
I've tried nuemerous different settings in the software, cleaning the glass, several different documents (the attached being something random I grabbed off the shelf that I could post online!). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
