I have a iRC4080 which is used both as a photocopier and a network printer. It is loaded with A4 and A3 paper. If someone chooses Letter size paper on the computer, the document is automatically printed on A4 paper instead. However, if someone chooses A5 size paper, a red light starts flashing on the printer. Until this document is cancelled on the printer, no other documents sent to the printer will print.
Is it possible to have the machine automatically print A5 documents on A4 paper? Failing this, is it possible to automatically cancel A5 documents so that other documents aren't held up?
Thanks!
