Printing is messed up after a paper jam

After removing paper after a jam all of my printing is blurred and off line. I have cleaned it several times, turned it off and restarted it and even cleaned the encodong film and nothing is working. Please help!!

Hi Sheralynsue,

 

Since performing print head cleanings and cleaning the encoder film did not resolve the blurry printing issue, please perform a print head alignment on the unit by following the steps located here.  Should you still experience difficulty, the printer may require servicing.  We ask that you please call 1-866-261-9362, Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET (excluding holidays) for further assistance.  There is no charge for this call.
