Printer not showing up as an option to print to; troubleshooter doesn't find it at all

I have an MG3620. My husband's computer is wired directly into it and it prints fine. My laptop doesn't even see it as being there, at all. It recognised our old one, but we had to have it replaced through customer service and now my laptop can't print because of this. Help!
