My MG5320 has an error of 6A81.

I have tried shutting it off and unplugging it. I have tried unplugging it and then pushing the power button 5 times, waiting 10 minutes, then plugging and turning back on. Still nothing. I think it has to do with my black ink going dry. I have a new one to put in, but the cartridges won't move over for me to do it.

I have also tried the following:

1. Turn the printer off.
2. Unplug the power from the printer for at least 5-10 minutes.
3. While unplugged, remove any paper from the unit.
4. Double check for any obstructions found in the unit or paper paths.
5. If no obstructions are found, plug the power back in and turn the unit on.
